East data centre is undergoing network maintenance to improve quality of service.
Impact and Risk (From Provider):
During the maintenance, impact is expected. Due to the nature of this activity, which will add additional routes to our core routers, this will cause some downtime. Our network team will be performing and monitoring all the services during the maintenance and after the maintenance is completed.
This is considered a Medium risk and high impact maintenance process.
Our team will be standing by and is taking extra precautions to make sure that this work is completed in a safe and timely fashion.
