Scheduled switch of IP has been delayed until Tuesday, Oct 1 -- the data centre is undergoing emergency maintenance by the provider, and it was too risky to undertake our change at the same time.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we must switch over the public West data centre IP from 66.119.165.121/29 to 72.15.144.74/29. This change only affects clients running out of the west data centre.
We will be updating all of our DNS records to have low TTLs, so that outages are limited. However all clients connected at 10 PM MT will be disconnected while the switchover takes place.
If there are any outgoing firewall rules from your site, you will need to update those as soon as possible to include the new 72.15.144.74/29 subnet. Failure to do so will likely prevent access to TM Desktop.
